Our Story

Sellsword Barber Company was opened in 2018. Deriving our name from medieval “Sell Swords”; mercenary soldiers who sold their skills to anyone who would pay.

Founded on the traditional principles of craftsmanship and precision, Sellsword strives to unite the old and the innovative to produce a truly curated shop atmosphere and tailored haircut experience.

We’ve seen a lot of growth in both our craft and the town that supports us. While walk-ins were foundational to the early days of barbering we do all of our cuts by appointment only to allow our customers to find a flexible time for them.
